Getting Support

To report bugs or get other support for TURGEN, please contact the author by sending an e-mail to zylon@post.cz.

Support requests are accepted in English, Czech, Slovak, and Polish. Czech and Slovak requests will be answered in Czech. Other requests will be answered in English.

Details

When requesting support, please provide the following information:

• Version of TURGEN
• Input files causing trouble – binary load files, tape images, etc.
• Contents of the turgen.log file from the configuration directory if you suspect a bug
• A comprehensive description of the problem
